Date of stay: 21st Dec 2025 - 1 night Great location, very clean throughout. Room matched the pictures and had a wonderful experience with very helpful staff members. Will stay again.
I’ve stood on there with my wife for 6 days. People working on there were so nice and comprehensive. Diego, the caretaker was great on helping us, every time with a big smile. Nice location, close to bus and train station, quiet borough at all. Rented a small room with no windows. Bed was comfortable. Temps inside were nice also. Good experience.
I had an amazing experience thanks to Jorge, the receptionist. His attention was truly spectacular — he was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Jorge’s friendly attitude and willingness to help made me feel valued and taken care of from the very beginning. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service he provided.
Great location and really helpful staff. It is a great place if you are exploring the city, in South Kensington. Bus and metro just 10 min walk. but the rooms are small, but you are most likely just sleeping there! It was not a problem for me.
This place is perfect for low budget travelers. The Location is perfect, the bed are cozy, the shower is hot. Miguel the host is very nice and very helpfull. I will recomend this place and definitely will stay again….
Great stay at easyHotel South Kensington. The location is excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Noor, who made our stay feel very welcoming. Would happily stay here again.
This is a perfect hotel to low budget travelers. The location is perfect, near to bus stops and the underground. The shower is hot, the bed is soft and the room is clean. I want to give a special thanks to Diego, he was really helpfull and nice with us! We’ll be back here again in our next trip!
The service I experienced here was fantastic. I arrived very early and the staff let me keep my bags at reception for free until it was time check in. The room was unfortunately not suitable for me, as upon arrival I felt I needed somewhere bigger and with a window. The staff were really understanding and offered to give me a full refund if I wanted to find somewhere else to stay, which I took up. I highly recommend this place for those who are fine with small rooms as the service is excellent. It's also very clean and tidy and the location is great.
